Cancellation Policy
At Polar Express Cleaning, we understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your cleaning appointment. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
